Darwin is a project manager at US Building Group with extensive experience in the construction industry. Starting at 16 years old, he read blueprints for custom homes in upstate New York and later specialized in structural framing. By 20, Darwin had already taken on leadership roles as a group leader and foreman. His broad experience spans various trades, including wood and metal framing, welding, and finish work. Committed to achieving excellence from the start, Darwin aims to minimize the need for corrections. As a patient, responsible, and humble leader, he  empowers his team to deliver top-quality workmanship and values feedback from both clients and team members. Outside of work, Darwin is an enthusiastic soccer player who enjoys sharing his passion for sports with his children.
